DELIVERY UPDATE - Royal Mail and some carriers are taking 1-3 days for delivery
Your order will be processed the same working day or the next working day as you have placed it. "In Stock" orders should be delivered the next working day. Cut off times DO apply and are stated on each product description. Weekends and bank holidays are NOT included in these time frames.
A despatch email will be sent to notify you, so you should expect delivery the following day.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Replacements will be sent accordingly.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Your order will need to be signed for when delivered, so please give a delivery address where someone will be in. If no-one is in when your delivery arrives, a card will be left with a phone number for you to call to arrange for another delivery attempt. If the carriers cannot deliver and don't hear from you, your order will be returned to us and you would need to pay £22.00 for another delivery.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR PACKAGE(S) FOR DAMAGE!
ALSO CHECK THAT YOU ARE SIGNING FOR THE CORRECT NUMBER OF PACKAGES.
IF THERE IS ANY EXTERIOR DAMAGE, PLEASE CHECK PRODUCTS IN THE PACKAGE ARE OK.
IF IN DOUBT SIGN FOR AS DAMAGED OR SHORT.
A CLAIM CAN NOT BE MADE IF SIGNED FOR AS IN GOOD CONDITION
We advise that you do not book a fitter, or any other tradesman to carry out any work until you have received and checked the goods you have ordered.
